Can I request a refund?

Unfortunately, all tickets are non-refundable.

How do I use my ticket?

Once you’ve purchased a ticket, you’ll receive a confirmation email that will include a unique booking reference and barcode. We advise guests to print their confirmation email inclusive of the barcode and reference number or bring the email with them on their phone.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive within 30 minutes of the event start time. Check in at the main reception and you will be directed to the event location.

Is there car parking available?

Yes, we have plenty of car parking spaces at the resort.

Is there an age limit of events?

Yes, some of our events do have age restrictions. Please check the event details for more information.

Is there wheelchair access?

Yes, the resort accommodates wheelchair access.

Can I purchase a ticket on the day?

Yes, you can purchase a ticket on the day but this will depend on availability. We would highly recommend pre-booking your tickets as the events do sell out.

Do you have changing rooms?

Yes, we do have changing room facilities.

Do you have restrooms available for all events?

Yes, we have restrooms in the resort.
