Booking Terms and conditions

All prices shown are applicable at the time of booking and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

We are not responsible, liable for and have no obligation to verify any wrong or misspelt email addresses, inaccurate mobile phone numbers or credit card numbers.

Full payment is required for a contract to exist between you and The Mere Golf Resort and Spa.

The price and description of the tickets shown on The Mere Golf Resort & Spa website are accurate at the time of booking, once your ticket is paid in full, the price will not be changed for your ticket.

The price of tickets are subject to change without any notice. Offers/discounts apply to the purchase of new tickets only. Tickets cannot be resold and we reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone with a resold ticket.

We do not offer any refunds for cancellations. In unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or amend any event details and will update customers on the changes.

 

Gift Vouchers

1.    Gift Voucher Redemption:
•    Gift vouchers can be redeemed for goods and services available at Mere Golf Resort and Spa, including dining, spa treatments, and golf services, subject to availability.
•    Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and have no cash value.
2.    Gift Voucher Expiry:
•    Each gift voucher is valid for a specific period as indicated on the voucher itself. The recipient must use the voucher before the expiry date.
•    Expired vouchers will not be accepted, extended, or replaced.
3.    Lost or Stolen Vouchers:
•    Mere Golf Resort and Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.
•    Vouchers should be treated as cash, and the recipient is solely responsible for their safekeeping.
4.    Gift Voucher Use:
•    Gift vouchers may be used for multiple transactions until the voucher's value is depleted or the expiry date is reached.
•    If the value of a transaction exceeds the voucher's value, the remaining balance must be paid by another acceptable method.
•    Gift vouchers are not transferable and can only be used by the intended recipient.
5.    Booking and Availability:
•    Reservations for services or facilities at Mere Golf Resort and Spa are subject to availability.
•    It is advisable to book services, spa treatments, or golf services in advance, especially during peak periods, to ensure availability.
6.    Cancellation Policy:
•    Cancellation policies for services or accommodations booked using gift vouchers are subject to the specific terms and conditions associated with the booked service.
•    Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeit of the voucher value for the specific service.
7.    Liability:
•    Mere Golf Resort and Spa is not liable for any vouchers that are lost, stolen, damaged, or used without permission.
•    Mere Golf Resort and Spa is not responsible for any unauthorized use of gift vouchers.
8.    Variation of Terms:
•    We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at our discretion without notice.
By purchasing and/or using a Mere Golf Resort and Spa gift voucher, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Please keep a copy of these terms and conditions for your reference.

 

Other

Suitable standards of dress must be maintained throughout the resort. The resort management reserve the right to judge acceptable codes of conduct and guest behaviour. In the unlikely event of failure to comply with standards set, the management team reserve the right to either stop the event or ask the person(s) involved to leave the event with any liability for a refund or compensation. No wine, beer, spirits or alcoholics beverages may be brought into the resort for consumption on the premises.
